negligent agents and rip-off's !

i have had the worst experience with Virgin active and i will never set foot near that useless place ever again . I requested a cancellation of my contract which wasn't done 2 years ago and during that period they transferred me to different branches without my consent and stated that i was attending gym's whereas i was unemployed and they kept the contract ongoing and now the amount is over 3k which is ridiculous and so negligent . The worst gym company to ever join !
