myvirgin active is INACTIVE

App**** for my contact to be suspended for a further two months. Was still debited. Can't get through to the call centre, can't change my contact on myvirginactive because that function has been removed and the Twitter handle has assisted other people but ignored me. I have a good mind to cancel my contract and go to another gym, but who knows if I'll even be able to do that??
