My Word is My Bond

I was told by a Virgin Active Sales person that If I joined then I would get a rebate as I had a Liberty Life policy.<br> All that was needed was that the premium to Liberty Life be increased from R390 to R400. Not only would this happen but my wife would get the same benefit if she signed up with me being the main member. The deal was so good that I signed up my son and daughter as well. All in all the total fees came to about R1080 which was not so bad seeing that I was going to get R800 back.<br> <br> The Virgin Active Sales person assured me that he would get in contact with a Liberty consultant and that he would sort out all the details. This was half way through November 2014.<br> <br> Needless to say this was not done and I never received any rebate.<br> <br> Liberty has since then changed their policy and a person now has to sign up for a premium of about R750 before you will receive a rebate of R300.<br> <br> I would like Virgin active to pay my wife and I R300 each per month if we go the necessary amount of times. As was originally promised, or that the contract gets cancelled as they have not fulfilled their obligation.<br>
