My membership is till not cancelled

I called Virgin Active in 1 January 2024 to cancel my membership and I spoke to a consultant called Lindile Hashe and he offered to give me a reduced premium of R250 instead and he said I can cancel anytime without any notice (21 days). Few days later (9 Jan) I emailed him to cancel my membership but he stopped replying my email up to date. I even called the call centre and they confirmed my cancellation in Jan but it still did not happen. I have been using virgin active for years now and this has just disappointing me. Recommended a lot of people to join them. Today its the 2 March and I am still getting debited. Membership is still not cancelled. Be careful when you join this guys will try any trick to keep debiting you. I see a lot of similar reviews. Not happy at all.
