My ccount debited

On the 12 Feb 2016, I was approached by one of the virgin active staff member an she told me about the personal trainer package and was told that it was R106 only to find out that it is R1600. This was only communicated verbally to me after she had already debited my account. I spoke to the manager and wanted my money back and i was told i could not be refunded. i dont understand why i cant be refunded as i did not sign any contract for this package and have not even started sessions with a personal trainer.
