My biggest mistake agreeing to join virgin active red in brackenfell!

<p>I joined virgin active red in brackenfell last year and asked my mom, dad and partner top join with me. They decided to join the club with me and we went to apply and register together one evening after work. Since we joined as a family, we paid our joining as one payment and had our debit orders set up individually. The first 2 weeks after joining, my partner says she was thrown out of the club because our account was in apparant arrears!!! I was disgusted at the way they had treated her and told her that she failed to pay her joining fee and therefore she cannot use the gym. I reported the incident and wanted this club to cancel all our contracts of the way my had been treated. To date, I am still awating an apology. We havent gone back to gym ever since and just a month later I started having difficulties with the deductions from my banking account. Virgin active had debited my account at least 4 times a month and had increased my premium by double the amount I sighned up for. I contacted them numerous times to resolve it and non one ever gets back to me. I'm so unhappy and feel really ****** and ill treated. I want this policy removed from my name and I want my ****** money back! I ever sorry i joined this club with my family. </p>
