Move with technology

<p>Good day<br />I must say your thonhill gym is a very nice place I enjoy myself there and ever time I leave the place I can't wait for the my next day there.<br />The staff there is friendly and I must say we are a very big and loving family, the reception team is ever smiling and welcoming everyone with happiness well done to them.<br />Now the biggest negative factor with regard to this gym and many of this brand is that you are still lost back in age, as a big brand you need to move with time and technology in particular, this system of using access cards is very acient and I believe it has no place in a place like virgin active. Major brands have introduced the fingerprint system and the digital card system and they have been proven to be both effective and very friendly, I mean no one can separate an individual from his or her sell phone and fingers come naturally so we carry them everywere we go.<br />So please speak to your technical team and introduce a new system as the access card system is both time consuming and unfriendly.<br />I hope my plea will be attended to and resolved timely.</p>
