Most pathetic service ever recieved from a Virgin Active

<p>I have been with Virgin for many many years, under a number of clubs, and have always been happy with the top class service, however since moving to the Sunningdale- Cape Town branch, the service has been nothing short of tardy and terrible. My gym membership took months to activate, one of the appetisers was the free gym bag which I still have not recieved. Earl has really ruined my view of Virgin Active and so has all the people tasked to redeem my view of the business. Earl promised the world when we signed up yet gave me the ****tiest experience ever! I was promised the booking of my fitness assessment over 7 times (I have the recordings as proof), and not once did he get back to me despite me following up, resulting in me not enjoying my discount till today. He also promised a free massage there after which too was a load of hogwash. I reported him to the SM as well as a few of his colleagues, which too promised the booking of my fitness assessment and it still has not been done. I as well as my husband have accessed the gym 9 times while my card was just not seen as active, and nothing has been recorded since, which never ever happened at the other gyms. I am giving VA sunningdale an opportunity to fix all the promises failed on the above by giving me a full refund on all my fees paid to date, or backdate your failure to book my fitness assessment so that I get a refund on all the monthly fees that I should have been enjoying, my long promised and awaited gym bag, my fitness as*****t booking(or tell me how to do it MYSELF!!!!) . Very very disappointed!</p>
