Most arrogant company

I posted on wednesday about Virgin active and they never even bothered to respond, that shows how little thay care about their reputation and all their customers who sees the posts .That proves how arrogant they are , the arrogance i received from the customer service urgent now shows where he got from , the company itself .Virgin active is arrogant and they train their staff to be arrogant instead of trainig them on customer service .I called them they refused to cancell my contract, i sent them an email they never responded , I posted on hello peter no response.I want everyone to know dont take contract with Virgin active becuase it you want to cancell they refuse and their agents will threaten to take your money over the phone
