most annoying company to deal with

you had a computer breach in May 2021, payments could not be made in the gym so payments were delayed and paid via eft. Today is 29/9/2021 and you still did not sort your computer problems and in the process you are annoying and inconveniencing us because you are just that useless. speaking to your accounts dept is a waste of time its either they are useless or clueless i was given the amounts to pay and today im blocked cos i was told i owe R135 and when i ask for what she does not know its just bcos the computer says so. i will not pay till i am provided proof as to why i owe that money i asked for a detailed statement and ntn was sent...you were incapable of managing your compuiter system thats why u had a breach and now you expect me to trust that very same useless computer system and *********** people? i want a detailed statement and i also want my 2 weeks credit for when the gyms were closed due to level 3 !!!!
