more bang for less buck

It is extremely rare that a person can get great service for the cheaper option. I recently visited the Planet Fitness Gym where I met the sales manager there who walked me through the gym and gave me a quote but left out a few details. I accepted the quote and went back to go and pay, only to find that our verbal agreement didn't exist anymore, when I consulted him, he told me I was lying, even though I had the original document which had his hand writing on. I was fed up with him and decided to take my business elsewhere.<br> <br> I visited Virgin active which is a little further from home.....Not only was it cheaper but the service I received from (Prince and Precious from the Bedfordview branch) and (Harry from the K90 Centre) was incredible, so much so to the point where they went out of their way to assist and to make sure I was happy and satisfied. Normally when one decides on a cheaper option, one usually compromises the service they are going to receive....except in this case. It is because of you that my faith and hope in the South African service industry has been restored and our country needs more people like you.
