Monthly invoices

I’m honestly do disappointed and tired of the service I have recently received from the VA Kyalami branch , I needed help with invoices for my employer the following staff members have been giving me the run around - Smagele , Khensani and Margret I have been calling this branch for the last 5 days daily and I’m told I will be assisted

Honestly at this point I’m ready to cancel membership since I can’t be assisted for such a simple thing. The call centre had advised me that my branch should be able to assist with my query
