monthly fee deducted while contract was cancelled

I was at moreleta park branch to cancel my contract it was done and I paid the cancelation fee and asked them are they sure it will not go off my account again they said no it will not the 1st of July it went of my account of R655 I called and asked they must refund me the lady said the head office will let her know today the 03 July the lady at the branches sent me the mail where the head office said they will action the refund As all unpaids are loaded what that means they are waiting for customers to pay that did not pay yet so I will only get my refund at the 22 and of July that is not acceptable why do I have to wait for my money for a month and I can't even GI to the gym. The lady that assisted me should have told me the money bwill go off even if you cancelled you contract before the first. Don't think they will like if I take they money and tell them sorry you get it after a month back
