Monthly deductions

<p>Everytime i recieve a msg saying i owe!!</p> <p> </p> <p>i meant i make sure that i call, and make arrangements for payments. i am starting to hate this, i dont really appreciated it at all.</p> <p>i called last year and spoke to few people, sent my query over the email from work. a lady by the name of Yusrah in accounts asked me to resend in another version which i did.... i heard nothing from her since then.</p> <p> </p> <p>oustanding monies were deducted for November which i called twice to confirm how much, again end January monies were deducted from my account but to my suprise i still owe them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yes i was advised that i have a credit reflecting under my name!!!... and the annoying part of it when you ask to speak to the manager they literraly refuse and they will tell me they will escalate the matter, that is just sick!!</p> <p> </p> <p>i need some clarity please!!</p>
