Month to month membership

So I’ve been a virgin active member for more than 10 Years I even recruited members for you. My contract is on month to month for years now and after I’ve lost my income I was obviously not able to pay for gym because food is more important. Only to be notified after a month of no payment that I have to give notice even if I’m on month to moth and because we are now in the 2nd month I owe them 2 month membership that I did not use. Being harassed by another rude operator today after I told her I do not have an income. Where are all the friendly staff that was hungry for my business now? I was totally going to join again after I find a new source of income, but now I highly doubt it.
