Money theft in Locker - Virgin Active Vodaworld
Hi there <br> <br> On Sunday, dated 17 April I arrived at the gym at 7:48am for work out routine as usual. At about 9:45am I went to change room for shower and discovered that my stuff is upside down, first thing I did I checked my purse cause I had cash in it. All my money was gone including coins I had, I reported the matter after shower on my way out from the gym at reception and they say I should write my details down someone will contact me but no one has until today and my case they treat it as negligence. No reimburse has been arranged or what so ever. So I have lost my money and virgin active wont do anything about it. but this is case of theft and personal violation!

I am really sorry that your valuable items were ****** from your locker, but would like to urge you to use the special valuable lockers that Virgin Active provides for car keys, wallets, phones and any other valuable items our members would like to store while training. These lockers are monitored by CCTV's and are in high traffic areas.
I have raised this with the Club Manager, who will personally be in touch with you.
