Money making scheme

I am very unhappy with the whole virgin active franchise. It’s a money making scheme! I am not allowed to gym in Alberton as I am currently a student at NWU in potch. This usually was possible because of load shedding…. Now they argue that the rules have changed because generators are being installed in all virgin actives… I've been visiting the virgin active in potch for the last 2 years and they have been telling me since the beginning of 2022 that they are getting generators. They have been making empty promises for 2 years and now I don’t even get to gym at my own home gym like I have been doing for the last few years when I’m home from Uni. I am being forced to pay R250 for each transfer as well as an edition fee on my monthly payment… that’s unacceptable! Will definitely be looking into joining other gyms because this is such an inconvenience and unfortunately I do like virgin active but it is not what it was… I’ve been a member for almost 10 years which is very unfortunate!
