Money hungry "fitness"

So. I acknowledge that I am not a member at the Virgin Active, but my sister is. I constructed a gym program for her but she doesn't understand and know all the machines etc. When we went there I asked very politely if I can please go in with her just to show her how do use each machine and what I want her to do. Will this idiot not let me in at all because I am not a member.

I'll tell you what. It's not because I am not a member. It's because they are so spiteful that members should ask their help and pay money just to show a person how a machine works. Absolutely ridiculous. Other gyms have allowed me to go in with a member just to demonstrate the exercises so what makes a Virgin Active so special? I will make sure my sister cancels her membership and join a gym that isn't so money hungry.
