Money hungry consultants who mislead people just to get a sale. Virgin Active does not care about their customers.

I have personally never so disgusted and disappointed by the service of such a well known franchise. Glen Acres Virgin Active consultant Thandiwe, mislead us into signing up with Virgin Active. Hidden fees were not disclosed and all she wanted was a sale. 5 different people experienced the exact same problem with the same consultant (all declared in writing) and yet Virgin Active still sides with this *********** consultant. They do not care about their customers. They are money hungry. Signing up with Virgin Active was the biggest mistake I've made. I cannot wait for my contract to be over. I never want anything to do with this franchise ever again and will never recommend them to anyone. Judging from all the negative comments I have seen, Virgin Active has clearly lost the plot. So disgusting! If I could give them zero stars I would.
