Money Hungry

They have been over-debiting me and when raised in query a month ago, I was promised it would take 7 days for "the corporate team" to sort it out and that the customer care agent would stay in contact with me. I have had to follow up every time, there is no callback or email updates. And each time the only update is the vague "the corporate team" is working on it and the customer care agent will get back to me. They are very quick to take the extra money but seems like they are unwilling to pay back the money that they over charged. Absolutely shocking service and even the escalation email address I was given gives no response at all.
