Mistake or Sale exploitation scheme

Thursday 25/06/2015 I enquired at Westgate virgin active a 12month contract for myself +3 friends. I spoke to a sales agent, Coven. He sold me a product: an off-peak contract for the cost of R310 (joining fee of R50) and the only time I would be unable to enter the gym was between 4-7pm weekdays, and if I attended the gym for 24times before 31 Aug I would be refunded R800. This met my requirements and Coven came to my house and I signed the contract. He was in a bit of a hurry so he suggested that I complete my details and the rest he will complete later.<br> The following day I received a call from Rafiek(Sales Manager) who indicated that there was a mistake in the package they sold me and that I wont be able to gym from 7-9pm(which is the only time I can gym). He then indicated that he would like me to sell me a 2 year all access contract for R280. I explicitly indicated that I only wanted a year contract and then I pointed out the CPA indicates that he's required to provide me what they promised me at the price they promised me to which he arrogantly rep**** he's not going to comply with CPA I should go lay a complaint against him. Marketing tool for a 2 year contract or mistake?
