Misrepresentation by Virgin Active

Just joined with the 8am-4pm membership. Emphasised I was interested only in yoga and pilates classes. Was not shown a timetable before signing up and now find that majority of classes are after my permitted hours. A friend has had same experience. On complaining the only constructive suggestion from staff was for me to arrive before 4pm and wait for the evening classes! Then emailed Virgin Active's admin, who rep**** that I could pay another R875 to upgrade my membership! Not a word about the poor service or misrepresentation by their staff. All they are keen on is to get another victim signed up.
