Misrepresentation and false advertising by virgin active

I signed my son up for swimming lessons with the virgin active swim school. I was not a member and neither was he. I was provided a simple brochure with pricing with no distinction made between members and non members. Today I heard from the swim school representative (Faith) that future lessons will be charged at almost double the rate as I am not a member. A completely new rule with no prior notification. This is false advertising and misrepresentation in virgin actives part. I now need to switch swim schools because of the sudden price hike, all after my son made progress with the coach. Don’t trust this swim school. I have put up with cancelled lessons, a change in couches 3 times over a few months, waiting over an hour for a late coach. The problems here are endless. Virgin active swim school is pathetic and they should be penalised for false advertising.
