Misrepresentation and bad faith in the conclusion of gym membership at virgin Active LA Lucia

Be careful when signing gym contracts at Virgin Active LA Lucia. I was grossly misrepresented and held liable to a subscription amount I had not agreed to. The sales rep who assisted me was totally unprofessional. After sales service is non existent. Due to the appalling service I canceled my contract. The defensive, lies and unprofessional behavior on the part of the salesman is astonishing. The gym was unhelpful and actually protected and defended the conduct of the sales person. The level of misrepresentation and bad faith in the conclusion of the contract is unacceptable for a company of this stature. Disappointed at the sales service at LA Lucia ,
