Misrepresentation

In January I joined the gym, I specifically told the consultant who was selling me this that I need the shortest contract or month to month, my reason being that I don't have stable income. Now I try to cancel the contract because I haven't been using it , now I am told I am left with 15months on the contract. Now the call centre guy seems unconcerned that I was **** to. I am very disappointed in their sales consultant who signed me at Virgin Active Vodaworld.
