Misled into joining gym

<p>I joined the gym in May 2017. One of the reasons I decided to join was that I was told that I would received a cash back of R500 within 20 days of signing up. I made numerous calls and spoke to different manages and all along they kept promising me that the money would be in my account on a certain date. After all the dates I've been given I still haven't received it.</p> <p>I think Virgin active misled me into joining and now that I'm a client they no longer see a reason to take me serious. Basically they broke their own contract.</p>
