misleading promotion

Hello Peter <br> <br> I joined gym last year September and at that time there was a promotion that if you join gym at that time and visit for about 29 times before a certain date you will get a R900 voucher. To date I have never received anything from Virgin active. I tried to call the head office to claim my voucher and to my surprise I was told of terms and conditions that were never communicated to me when I signed for gym. <br> <br> I further researched on they website about these \so called sudden terms and conditions\" and they never existed or communicated in any form with the customers including myself. However the I was promised a called back. Well the reason why why I was disqualified they said during the third month of the promotion I paid my membership 10 days later. This is not fair because I never received this terms and conditions. It's not about money. I just hate the business principle practised here. I deserve a fair and clear explanation. Thank you ."
