Misleading Offer by Virgin Active and Appalling Customer Service

During a black Friday special 2 years ago I was completely mislead by the sales person. The misleading manner in which I was offered this special has resulted in a huge issue whereby my club is not the club closest to my home but on the other side of town which I cannot get ti I have reached out to Virgin Active with a call and subsequent emails and have received such shocking service with no response or lack of feedback for what I am asking which is just going back and forth. The service levels in rectifying a situation that was caused by a sales person representing Virgin Active has been so poor with zero urgency or actual service.
