Misleading members to join

I was a virgin active member before I cancelled because I could not afford December 2018, July 2019 Virgin active consultant and manager called and gave me misleading information that I am going to pay R250 since I am on vitality and R99 for card. NO JOINING FEE

I was not told about R950 joining fee and now he says for me to pay 250 I have to pay that amount. Now I owe 800 at virgin active + 950 . They mislead people to get commission . Now I am told to cancel membership I have to pay 1600 .

I love virgin active but the service I received just ended my relationship with them
