Misleading advertising!!

Virgin Active has turned into a horrible ****!!

The sales people have been calling me non stop, advertising their February special, that goes with a free Virgin Active bag, I was even promised two bags for my partner and I when we join before end of February.

We then decided to join the gym , enticed by the bags promotion.

Exactly on the 28 February we went to the Virgin Active Wateremeyers Park, a sales person by the name of Nnana did our paper work and contracts, she then promised that we will get the bags the following day, being the 01/03/2018.

To-date we have not receive any bags, and the sales people are not even promising anymore, I have been asking them daily at the gym when we’ll be receiving the bags but no direct answers!

My partner and I carry our gym clothes and changing with plastic bags due to this inconvenience, and had it not been for the bags we would not have considered the February membership promotion!

I feel that we have been ****** and **** to!! Or maybe it’s Virgin Active’s new operations??

I’m so disappointed and disgusted by the false advertising & promises!!
