Misleading

<p>Im so tired of companies trying to rip me off.</p> <p> </p> <p>I thought CITY OF JOHANNRSBURG was bad but this takes the cup.</p> <p> </p> <p>You do not give out the right info to customers, dont attend to queries on time and do not train your customer service agents on soft s****s.</p> <p> </p> <p>this is disgusting and appalling.</p> <p> </p> <p>Its sad to think that you undermine customers and think they dont know their rights but you have another thing coming with me....</p> <p> </p> <p>I wont give in!</p> <p> </p> <p>Hope to hear from you soon</p>
