Mislead, never again will I go back

I wanted to cancel my subscription, a month after taking it up, as a result of covid so I was not going to need it. I was advised by the consultant upon taking it up that I could do that. When I tried calling, there was no reply, there was no email on the website that I could respond to, i sent a message on their website. Next minute i get debited, and when i query this with them, i was told i never cancelled, and when i show some evidence, I'm told to have to pay R1180 cancellation fee. All this was told to me when I opened the subscription, as I was told I wouldn't play for cancelling
