Mishandling of Account
I have been to the gym in April to take out a gym membership with Virgin Active Mt Edgecomb . i was assisted by a sales consult (Hanson) who told me that i need vitality in order to qualify for a discount rate , he then mentioned that i need to pay a sum of R1200.upfront because the gym needs to pay discovery. I gladly<br> accepted . He then forced me to draw the money out the sameday and hand it over to him . I also payed the card fees. i app**** for my vitality and went back to the gym he issued me with a card . I was promised to get a personal trainer for 3 sessions which never happened. after a month when i noticed when my card was swipe it had areas on the screen i asked Hanson why is that and he said its not a problem he will sort it out the next time i couldnt access it the gym yet again i was given another card by hanson he gave me a VIP card and said it will be sorted out . i then received a letter in the post stating that i owe the club R 1200. i immediatelyphoned Hanson and yet again no problem it will be sorted out. i called the club and asked for Hanson the response was\ He does not work for us anymore"I Spoke to the manager(Kevin) promsed me it will be cleared he didn'"""
