MIddelburg Virgin Active

Virgin Active Middelburg I got the worst service. I was there and said I don't want to sign any contract so the sales person that help me Papa Rori told then about the intro pack which I pay once of R 299 and get a personnel trainer for 5 working days and if there after if I decided not to go on at the gym there will be no cost there after. Just to receive a message yesterday about a debit order for my virgin active contract. I phoned the gym they said the manager will call me back regarding this matter but I am still waiting for the phone call. I want this matter sorted out. I did NOT sign up for a contract so this needs to be cancelled
