Messing people about.

The gym has been good to me? , friendly staff etc. But I signed up 2 years ago with the promise of a bag. It is 2021 I have asked the gym numerous times, been sent to 2 or 3 people who would order a bag and call me when it arrives. I have received nothing. I am still waiting for my free bag for signing up . On yhe day I signed up they had stock but chose not to give me a bag. How are you running another promotion for free bags when places like virgin active north riding can't even deliver on bags that are owed. How long does it take to get to the gym 3 years?
