I started a contract with Virgin Active and they ran a promotion that you get 75% off for the month of April and May provided you train 3 days (on separate days) and yet they went and debited me the whole amount even though I was at the gym 3 times, I think you guys are ****mers and the collections team now says that it was 4 days instead of 3, this is extremely upsetting that Virgin active is a **** and have staff that does not know what they are doing. I refuse to pay the full premium
