Menlyn Maine - Bad service

I am so disappointed in the staff at Virgin Active Collection Menlyn Maine. I went to the club to work out on 17/10/18 in the morning. I unfortunately forgot my fragrance in the mens change rooms. I called the club on Wednesday to report this and was informed that all lost and found items are handed in at the end of the day and that they will call me the next morning to let me know. I got no feedback by Thursday morning and then again called on Thursday again to be told that they will get back to me. It has been four days now and I still have not had any feedback from the club not even to tell me that they did not find my fragrance. Apart from the fact that this is an expensive fragrance of more than R1000.00, the customer service at this club which is supposed to be a more upmarket club is pathetic.
