memeber being dispensable

<p>After beibg with the club for more than 2 years i was told i need to take a photo. This was done upon registration but they had no photo of me. So after getting irrate as to why i need to take another photo the consultant said she will be informing tge manager about my behaviour. I said there are many branches i can go to and she had tbe arrogance to tell me she will make sure all branches ban me and i can go to different gym.</p> <p> </p> <p>If the company has rules of updating photo id of members this should be communicated. I am utterly disgusted by the manner of the consultant and service given.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will be waiting on my ban and will be happy to move on</p>
