membership terminated after complaint

<p>I will never in my life use or support Virgin Active again. They whole franchise is like a mafia - have a problem ? they will either silence or dispose of you. They are one sided and take managements word above yours even if you have witnesses. They let staff instigate fights upstairs , let them touch you unapropriately or let them wear theyre uniform with buttons "missing/broken" where all you see is breasts. Management just tell lies all the time. I also get a feeling that some staff are bul****. Especially if they log a complaint or speak up. They get worked out. </p>
