Membership ship

The service I have received from call center as well the Branch it self it is so Dissatisfied.. It been a week now trying to get my issue sorted..my contract expired last year and now I am on month to month basis .my contr6qqs renewed with my consent and I been trying to have that sorted no joy..Useless individuals. My app is locked even though I have paid..even that can't be resolved.
