Membership Payback

<p>I joined virgin active in December and the promotion was to pay me back R500.</p> <p>I called them on the 13th March to enquire.The consultant told me that I didn't qualify for terms and conditions stated that my account should be in good standing.This was unacceptable cause</p> <p>1.Their sales person didn't state those terms and condtions,he was quick to make me sign for the promotion</p> <p>2.Debit order went through to another account and I called them after few days when I didn't see debit order going through.</p> <p>3.They even taken money the after I've let them know.</p> <p>4.This is the ****,why didn't they call me when they realised that my debit order didn't go through.</p> <p>5.They are quick to state the terms and conditions.</p>
