MEMBERSHIP ON MY NAME I DONT WANT

There is a membership on my name at little falls gym although i live in alberton, i tried phoning the branch 40 times plus with only one call answered but the gym manager was not there nor did the person phone me back. i phoned virgin active customer care so many times last week that a manager lady from cape town phoned me and did not send the mail she promised with the process to remove this membership off my name, i blocked the debit order and this is going to influence my itc also! i detest virgin active and haven't been a member for 7 year plus, the customer service is absolutely pathetic and this just proves my point... i call and call but nothing happens, i dont know what to do to get this sorted out because there is no customer service or support what so ever
