Membership nightmare

I was overcharged for months on my membership. The sales agent, Haresh, was unreliable and made constant excuses and would often not show up when I agreed to meet with him. Escalated it to the Area Manager Delon, and was told it was sorted out last month only to have my membership changed to "inactive" from this month. This morning I wasn't allowed into the gym as my membership was canceled. Delon has been telling me for weeks it's been "escalated" but nothing has changed. The service from this company is shocking and I am not even going into the smaller details of some of my other complaints with Virgin Active Kings Park, Durban
