Membership has been messed up

I transferred memberships - and spoke to a consultant last year in July. When I attended Gym yesterday, I was told that my membership can only be used for Off-Peak, where as when I confirmed with the consultant that the membership entitles me to use it during peak and off-peak times.

SORT THIS OUT IMMEDIATELY OR I WILL BE LODGING THIS COMPLAINT WITH THE NATIONAL CONSUMER BOARD AND TAKING THIS UP WITH THE CEO!
