Membership fee ****

The Virgin Active accounts department at Customer Support is none existent. They claim an outstanding amount from January 2024 when I cancelled my Cradlestone membership. In April 2024 I paid R195 after being called by a VA consultant .

The amount owing according to them in 2025 per a statement for this year is R256. They are unable to provide detail as to how this arose.

I joined Northgate VA beginning in November this year on a membership special with Jade of their Call Centre, after paying the the outstanding plus the R199 registration fee. I cancelled within the 5 day window. To date nothing has been refunded to me, despite a unnecessary runaround
