Membership fee

<p>I recently went into Virgin Active to swop my regular club account to a Vitality account as i have recently joined Discovery Health. I knew there was a fee to do the swop so i paid the R1865.00 which i have no problem having paid. I was told that my membership fee will now be R175.00 per month.</p> <p>I have now seen that my account has been debited the full club amount of R645.00 when i was instructed that it would now be R175.00, and not only that... but my account has also been debited R175.00 which means that not only was the full amount debited but also the vitality amount within a matter of 3 days...! </p> <p>Can someone please explain to me what is going on???????? This is not the first time i have had a problem with Virgin Active debiting money from my account! </p>
