Membership change request

Good day

I went to my club and requested to change my subscription from all day entry to off peak hours due to change in working hours it will be better for me to be able to subscribe for 8h00 - 16h00 and off course I will save a bit of money.

I'm currently on the 24 months plan. I've been advised in order for me to change to off peak subscription I will have to cancel my current subscription and pay 40% of what is left of my subscription and then rejoin the gym on an off peak subscription...I find that ridiculous

If I cancel my subscription I will definitely not join virgin active again!! So you will rather loose a member than change me from the current 24 months subscription just to have an off peak subscription.
