Membership cancelled without notice

<p>I recieved a call from Sam (Virgin Active Tygervalley) in 2015 that I must come back to joing the gym as they have specials. really i went and he promised that if I join with my husband our son will get a free membership until he's 18 years old, as per our previous membership. He said he'll speak to his manager and really he came back with the good news. i paid for my son's card and he visited the gym several times. This year when he visited the gym he was told that his membership has been cancelled. I told Sam about this and he went to speak to the manager and came back telling me that he will escalate this to the head office. ever since i've been waiting it's two weeks now.</p>
