Membership

I cannot express my anger and frustration at virgin active head office, speaking to Lesley, celeste, Tashriqe, Qaqamba, and the list goes on. They overcharged me for my under 18 sons Membership and now I have made arrangements to pay it off and they refuse to allow my son to start gym. And it was their mistake.
