Membership

<p>I complain for my son here, he want to cancel his membership contract that expires the end of Jan 2017 and today he went to Virgin Active to cancel it and yes they told him he must pay R1200.00 cancellation fee cause he did not cancel his membership in the beginning of january 2017. A guy of 20 years old where must he get that R1200.00. he did not signed for another contract so how do they come to cancellation fee. Virgin active must train their reps, cause the day when he took out the contract the rep told him, he can cancel any time after the contract expire, there will be no Cancellation fee. HaHa joke now they want cancellation fee of r1200.00, that is ****************</p>
